During your experience you will have the opportunity to visit all the beautiful gardens of the property: olive yard, lemon garden, vegetable garden, vineyard. After this you will pick-up the ingredients directly from the garden and the learn how to cook a typical 4 course menu prepared with fresh and local ingredients. Then sit back and enjoy the fruits of your work accompanied by excellent local wine. Among the favoured dishes, there are homemade pasta, Neapolitan "Genovese" sauce, the famous gnocchi, the stuffed ravioli, grilled vegetables and eggplant rolls, fried pumpkin flowers, stuffed anchovies, and much more! At the end of the class, enjoy your lunch to taste all the delicious dishes you have cooked, indulging at the table drinking wine and limoncello. Return to the hotel in the early afternoon.
