If you are interested in a cooking experience and in wine tours, we offer an incredible day of genuine food and wine discover with a cooking class on the Mount Vesuvius slopes. The cooking lesson will take in a beautiful azienda on the Vesuvius, set in a peaceful location surrounded by vineyards. During the day you'll be welcomed by great hosts, the owner of the wine cellar, who are involved in the art of winemaking since many generations. This cooking lesson is the best way to indulge yourself with good taste and to learn traditions of cooking authentic Italian and Neapolitan recipes in an informal and friendly environment. The classes are fully hands-on... are you ready for "getting your hands dirty"?

Departure in the morning from Amalfi by chauffeur driven minibus to Boscoreale, at the beginning of Vesuvius mountain. The owner will welcome you in the wineyards, where you will meet also the farm horses, and you will have a tour/explanation of the wineyards and surroundings. You are invited to cook with the owner the dishes of Neapolitan tradition, soon after you will have lunch all together in the wine cellar. During the lunch, you will have the tasting of the wines produced by in the cellar, each wine will be served in combination of a dish prepared during the cooking class. After lunch, enjoy a guided tour with licensed guide through the beautiful Ruins of Pompeii, one of the most important archaeological site in the world! After the tour return to the hotel in the afternoon.
